Do you have same say service? 

Same day service is based on availability of cleaners.

What is the difference between Standard and Deep Cleaning?

Standard Cleaning: Dusting, Pick Up and Straighten, Wipe countertops, Clean Glass/Mirrors, and Sweep/ Vacuum/ Floors.

Deep Cleaning: This service includes everything in a standard cleaning plus cleaning window sills, blinds, baseboards and appliances.

How much will it cost? Every home is unique, we base our pricing on factors like your lifestyle, pets, clutter, etc.  All of these factors will affect your price and the way we clean. We offer flat pricing in our services based on the number of rooms & bathrooms. Flat rates for cleaning starting at $40 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours. We must see all residents or commercial property to give you an accurate estimate.


How many people will be in my home during each cleaning?

TMT Family Cleaning respect that your home is private, and the trust you place in us by inviting us into your home. We may send one, two, or three cleaners to to your home or commercial property base on size and the amount of work that may need to be completed in the allotted time. 

How Long Will My Cleaning Take?

We usually do not like to give exact time frames for our cleanings. However, we have a minimum of 3 hours. These are average times based on years of experience but may change based on the actual condition of the house, or business.

Deep cleanings take more time than a recurring service since the service includes more tasks.

Do you offer packages? We completely individualize our cleanings, so no specific packages are offered. 

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment?

Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home. You don't have to provide a thing.  If you prefer that we use your products.  Please let us know at sign up.  Please have all products out day of service. 

Do I Need To Be At Home? It’s up to you, many of our clients are away during cleaning, there are different ways to arrange our visit.

You may leave keys hidden under the mat, in the mailbox, with a neighbor, front desk, or give us a spare.

We will need to have a key or security code for the alarm system, we have systems in place to keep your keys secure.

Do you clean homes just once, or do you have to clean long-term?

While most of our customers prefer a weekly cleaning on a regularly scheduled day, we also clean homes and businesses monthly or on a bi-weekly schedule. As well as on special occasions.

If there is a problem, who can I call? We want to hear from you, we dedicated to give you an outstanding service. If you see a problem while the team is in your home, contact our office immediately. We’ll work to quickly correct the problem and enforce our worry-free guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with our services for any reason, let us know within 24-hours and we’ll be sure to make it right.

Right To Refuse Service. We reserve the right to deny &/or terminate service because of safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, Weapons on-premises, severe clutter & disconnected utilities.

Our employees have the choice to leave if the home is in an extremely unsanitary condition or they feel unsafe/threatened.
